About us

Studio Thermoplan was founded in 1978 by Armando Svaldi and Hubert Villotti as an office partnership, following ten years of professional experience each in a renowned Bolzano installation company.

The company headquarters were initially located at Verdiplatz in Bolzano. After just two years, the growth of the team necessitated a move to larger premises at Mazziniplatz, where the office is still located today.

In 2001, Christian Demetz was admitted to the office partnership and appointed partner after eight years of working as an employee.

Following the passing of Armando Svaldi in 2023, the office has been continued as a sole proprietorship with three employees.

Our range of services includes the design and construction management of building services systems. A special focus is placed on energy efficiency, economic viability, and the use of renewable energies.

In addition, we offer the preparation of official documents in the areas of fire protection, environmental and water protection, as well as energy management.

Since 2016, the use of modern MEP software has also enabled the execution of precise 3D planning.
